Pre trip setup

Some of you know I am getting ready for a trip to Palau and Yap. On this trip I hope to learn more about the two countries. I have been to Palau twice before and Yap once, but only paid attention to the diving. I don't know much about their history. This trip was set up by Trip-N-Tour, part of the Caradonna travel family, and they want to teach us more about the area. I will be attending a classroom session everyday of the trip and have to take a final exam. Even though I hate taking tests, I am looking forward to increasing my knowledge of two great dive destinations.

Liz Miller will be joining me on this trip. We both hope to be able to take the information we are going to learn to make ourselves better trip leaders. The Dive shack wants to be able to continue taking divers and non-divers on trips around the world.

Iam not a very good writer and normally I would try to have others write things for me. But I think it is time to face my fears about writing and just go for it. So for all of you that will be reading this. I am sorry if it hurts, but I am going to try to have fun improving myself in this area.

Now that I have my blog setup to post to the Dive Shack group site. I will now try to set it up for facebook. Liz is already ahead of me on this. So I have my work cut out for me to keep up with her.
